Problem: A slow loading datatable control prevents the correct positioning of a context positioned dialog control

a delay of 10 seconds has been introduced into the code that fetches the data by the asychronous call, causing the datatable to load slowly

when the small calendar icon button is initially load on the screen it has a position higher up on the screen by the difference of the initial height of the unpopulated datatable and the height of the fully populated datatable

click the small calendar icon button to display the dialog
