Problem: A slow loading datatable control prevents the correct positioning of a context positioned dialog control

the issue is now fixed... when the datatable control is populated and the user clicks the button, the dialog is correcttly position in context to the button

note if the button is click prior to the datatable being populated, the dialog control is positioned correctly no matter where the button appears on the screen
